CX Aortic Vienna 2021
Face-to-face and Broadcast

We are inviting senior and trainee clinicians working in the vascular, endovascular and cardiac aortic fields to submit abstracts to be considered for presentations in the CX Abstract Sessions at the CX Aortic Vienna 2021 Conference (5–7 October 2021). The CX Aortic Vienna 2021 – Cardiovascular Aortic Advances programme aims to bring the cardiac aortic and vascular worlds together, spanning the aortic valve to the iliac arteries. We will be showcasing various options, open and endovascular, to treat complex aortic cases whilst exploring techniques and technology.

Successful abstracts will be part of the CX Aortic Vienna Abstract Session, live and on-demand. The highest quality abstracts will be scheduled for live presentation.

We are delighted to announce that CX Aortic Vienna 2021 aims to be held face-to-face with broadcast, hosting a limited number of socially distanced registrants in a hotel in central Vienna if government guidelines permit. The whole event is also to be broadcast live to the CX standard and to be transferred online and available on-demand.

CX Aortic Vienna 2021 will follow the CX style of short talks, debates, and audience interaction. There will be three days of Education, Innovation and Evidence presented live from Vienna and remotely via livestream, with eight hours of CME programme on each day. The programme will include open and endovascular Aortic Techniques & Technologies (live and edited aortic cases) as well as industrial and networking satellite programmes spliced between CME sessions.
